Dear Readers,
Challenges are essential in life. They can make you or they can break you. You have to decide and be mentally strong, not strongly mental that you have to take the challenges for making you better in your life. Face the challenges and fight the fears. Criticism will also follow you in the path of success. But do not feel tense or worried while facing those. Treat all those criticism as a stepping stone towards your successful career and move on.
Reaction of Walt Disney towards Criticism:
Walt Disney, the great founder of the Disney brand, had faced many criticism and challenges during his struggling times. Once he was rejected by a publisher and was given the straightforward reply that his ideas lack imagination and creativity. He was bluntly rejected; had there been someone else, he would have shattered to bits and pieces. But that was Walt Disney, who took the criticism in a positive manner and introspected upon himself till he made himself better and better, day-by-day. That was the day, when he didn’t looked back in his life. And he began to expand the Disney brand into leaps and and bounds.
Reaction of Mahatma Gandhi Towards Criticism:
Mahatma Gandhi, when he was travelling by train, was mocked by the English people, and was literally thrown out of the carriage, with some racist remarks. He was criticized as being black, travelling with the whites in their compartment. Though in today’s time, passing racist remarks is now completely banned in some countries, but in those days, it was quite a usual matter. Seeing those derogatory remarks and seeing his criticism, Gandhi didn’t broke. He replied to them, that on this day, you have thrown me out of the train’s compartment, one day I will throw you out of my country. And later, Gandhi was considered as the main revolutionary in the Quit India Movement against the British government, who used Truth and Non-Violence as his two main weapons.
So, my dear readers and leaders, if at any stage in your life, you face criticism or challenges in your life, do not worry. It’s a part and parcel of one’s life. Face them confidently, and the time will just pass away soon.
